In a term from 31st August to 1st October 2019 a bachelor student of the Laboratory of Intensive Aquaculture Oldřich Pecha participated in the ERASMUS+ program and visited the Faculty of Fisheries research at Ehime University in Japan. The stay took place in the Umilike Research Center in Ainan town under the leadership of prof. Taiju Saito. During the study stay the student learned methods of cage breeding of sea fish species and improved his knowledge in the field of cell biology and genetics, which is highly beneficial for his future study. During this stay the student had couple of scientific presentations about his past and present work. In addition, the possibilities of future cooperation with the Ehime University were discussed.
