From 08th October to 06th November 2019, I stayed at South Ehime Fisheries Research Center, Eheme University, Ainan, Minamiuwa District, Ehime 798-4292, Japan accompanied by the head of our lab Assoc Prof. Martin Pšenička. I was working under the supervision of Assoc Prof. Tajiju Saito. During my stay, I learned new laboratory technique (Plastic section histology) in the field of development biology. I standardized and applied this technique to my own research. I had several scientific presentations about my present work and future plan. It was a very good opportunity for me to learn new fate mapping technique which will be also helpful for my future studies. In addition, we discussed future collaborative work with Eheme University. I would like to thank South Bohemia University project - International cooperation for supporting my study stay in Japan.
