During the first week of December (1st-6th), we were visiting the Szent István University in Budapest,  Hungary for the purpose of mutual collaboration.  The output of the discussions is the framework agreement for academic cooperation and options for the final cooperation. We also participated on The Second Aquaphotomics European Conference, presented a poster,  and discussed with others the relations between spectroscopy, thermodynamics, and quantum electrodynamics.  The outputs of our scientific activities were interested even for Prof. Roumiana Tsenkova (University Kobe, Japan), founder of the aquaphotomics field.
