As part of the 2020 AquaExcel EU Program (TNA  AE160006). Carlos Yanes Travelled to Las Palmas de Grana Canaria, Spain, to work with La Universidad de las Palmas (ULPGC) under Professor Marisol Izquierdo supervision at the Feed Ingredients-additives Testing Unit (FITU).

For two weeks, samples of different organs from pikeperch fed two different diets were analyzed in order to obtain the Fatty acid profiles.
