I have been working in Professor Schupp’s research laboratory, Institute of Pharmacology, Center for Cardiovascular Research of the Charite University Medicine in Berlin, Germany from 08.02.2015 to 07.05.2015. During my stay I got familiar with PCR, qPCR and western blotting techniques. I established a PCR for genotyping from transgenic mice with one of the ongoing projects. This stay was a very nice opportunity for me to perform experiments on my fish egg samples for my PhD thesis. I also presented the results of my research works in Germany. This visit was a good experience for me to learn how to perform the next experiments independently for my future research plans which are regarding the molecular biology, for my next career and the next possible cooperation with Germany in the future.
