We would like to inform you about the currently open funding opportunities international mobility calls available for staff and students at the Faculty of Fisheries and Protection of Waters.
The following calls are currently open:
- An additional call for Erasmus+ staff training mobility abroad is now open for the 2026/2027 Academic Year.Applications can be submitted until 7 November 2026. - Call for Applications for staff training mobility - applications are now open for international work placements under the Erasmus+ Programme for the 2026/2027 Academic Year, intended for students enrolled in Bachelor’s and follow-up Master’s degree programmes. Applications may be submitted until 7 November 2026. The mobility period must be completed with return no later than 31 August 2027. - Additional call for Applications for the Erasmus+ staff trainig mobility has been announced for work placements for PhD students in the 2026/2027 Academic Year. Applications may be submitted until 7 November 2026. The mobility period must be completed with a return no later than 31 August 2027.
Before submitting an application, students must consult their plans with their supervisor and obtain their approval. - Internships at Czech Centres abroad are a great opportunity to gain international experience and improve your language skills. - Fulbright Scholarships for Study and Research Stays in the USA (Academic Year 2027/2028):
- For students:
- Fulbright Graduate Student Program (study or research at the Master's or Ph.D. level)
- Application deadline: 1 February 2027 for research stays
- For Academic Staff:
- Fulbright Scholarship for Scholars and Lecturers
- Research and teaching stays in the USA for 3 to 10 months
- Application deadline: 1 November 2026
- Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree and have an invitation from a host institution in the USA
- Fulbright-Masaryk Scholarship
- Intended for academics who are also actively engaged in public or civic life (e.g. academic senates, local government, NGOs, etc.)
- Available in Junior, Postdoctoral, and Senior categories
- Application deadline: 1 November 2026
- Special Programs:
- Fulbright-Schuman Program - For Ph.D. students, academics, and university administrators focusing on topics related to the European Union and EU-US transatlantic relations.
- Proshek-Fulbright Scholarship - For physicians and professionals in medical fields.
- Application deadline: 1 February 2027
