The system provides place for input of requirements related to facility management, vehicle fleet management and IT services, does not substitute the car booking system. For your request always use the address from your university account, or the portal https://rt.jcu.cz, which serves also for the purpose tracking. Login to the portal is the same with the university identity.

Request examples: furniture repair, login setting, problems with the electronic security system, email etc. .. car malfunctions, problems with notebooks or PCs ....
