Information for First-Year Students
Enrolment
to the 2026/27 academic year
Enrollment in bachelor’s and postgraduate master’s degree programmes at FFPW USB can be completed online between 1 and 5 September 2026 via the university information system (IS/STAG).
You may enrol online only if you have been admitted to study (you have submitted all the required certificates and received an Acceptance Letter).

Accommodation in USB Dormitories

Applications for accommodation in the USB Dormitories for the 2026/27 academic year can be submitted from 15 June to 31 July via the website of the USB Dormitories and Refectories (ISKAM).
Student ID Cards
- Every student is required to apply for a Student ID Card (it is one of the steps during online enrolment). Further information is available on the USB Card Centre website.

To log in to the IS/STAG portal, follow these steps:
- Open the IS/STAG web portal.
- Enter your IDM username in the Username field.
- Enter your password in the Password field.
- Click the “Log in” button.
Important
Only individuals who have either a valid employment relationship with the University or an active student status can log in to the IS/STAG portal. If you are unable to log in and have verified that you are entering the correct username and password, please contact the Department of Student Affairs, which will check whether your studies have been activated. Open the IS/STAG web portal
Enter your IDM username in the Username field
Enter your password in the Password field.
Click the “Log in” button
- Open the Office 365 web page.

In the sign-in window, enter your IDM email address in the Username field (your IDM username followed by @jcu.cz).

Enter the password you previously set in the IDM system in the Password field.

Click the “Sign In” button.
