The listing is governed by Measure of Dean No. 20/2025 Listing and assigning of bachelor's and master's theses at the FFPW USB in the academic year 2025/2026.

A short summary of the aforementioned measure:

1. By 9 Nov 2025, academic staff, or researchers and doctoral study programme (DSP) students, will list the topics of their final theses directly in the IS/STAG portal.
2. By 28 Nov 2025, heads of laboratories must approve (or modify and approve) the listed topics.
3. By 5 Dec 2025, the Vice-Dean for Study Affairs will approve (or modify and approve) the listed topics and their categorisation into individual study programmes.
4. On 8 Dec 2025, the topics will be made public so that the students may register for them.
5. By 30 Jan 2026, students must register for a topic, contact you as the supervisor, and ask you to assign the selected topic to them. If you agree, you must assign the topic to them by the same deadline.
