Kateřina Marková, a student of the Faculty of Fisheries and Water Protection of the University of South Bohemia, is a successful and long-term representative of the Czech Republic in Casting Sport. She won the recent World Championship in Budapest, Hungary on 31. 8. - 5. 9. 2021 5 gold and 2 silver medals. In all-around, she became the vice-champion of the world in the overall pentathlon and women's heptathlon.
