NeoGiANT 5th General Assembly & 10th Steering Committee meeting of the innovative H2020 project NeoGIANT, which offers new solutions based on the well-known strong natural antimicrobial and antioxidant properties of matolin extracts, was held on May 27-28, 2024. Hosted by the Faculty of Fisheries and Protection of Waters USB at the Budweis Hotel in České Budějovice, the two days were packed with the latest knowledge and progress of the project and included an excursion to the Budějovice Budvar brewery and a social evening.
