On Friday, September 19, 2025, the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Tomáš Policar, attended the ceremonial opening of the aquaponic greenhouse at the Jakub Krčín Secondary School of Fisheries and Water Management, Třeboň, which is also our faculty school. The Dean was one of the guests who gave a speech at the ceremonial opening, and together with the school principal, Aleš Vondrka, Ph.D., and the Deputy Governor of the South Bohemian Region for Education, MSc. David Štojdl, he ceremonially cut the ribbon. Throughout the event, our faculty was highly praised and frequently mentioned, especially in connection with the excellent mutual cooperation.
