News from fish cuisine will be offered by the faculty at the exhibition Země Živitelka

The stand of the Faculty of Fisheries and Water Protection of the FFPW USB at the Země Živitelka exhibition will offer a tasting of fish products. The offer will include, for example, fish soup Halászlé and a novelty will be carp meatloaf in a bun, from durable products such as smoked rainbow trout in oil, carp luncheon meat, fish goulash from Segedin and M. D. Retigová soup.

From chilled products it will be possible to choose from fish salad, Sturgeon Friendly caviar and other durable products such as: meat in its own juice, fish soup in glass and carp pate in several variants.
