The University of South Bohemia has elected a candidate for the position of rector for the period 2024–2028

The Academic Senate of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice (JU) elected a candidate for the position of rector for the period 2024-2028 on 14^th November 2023. It is Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Pavel Kozák, Ph.D., current dean of the Faculty of Fisheries and Protection of Waters USB.

Professor Pavel Kozák was elected by 32 votes, 4 senators abstained from voting.
