Incoming mobility

Please follow the instructions provided here when planning an international visit.

Before the arrival of your guest, you must complete the designated form.

All information regarding foreign visits must be reported to the International Relations Officer, Bc. Lucie Kačerová. Additionally, please send all relevant documents—such as confirmations or invitation letters—to her. Only the Vice Dean for International Relations is authorized to sign these documents.

Please also refer to Measure of Dean No. 28/2018 regarding the reimbursement of travel and subsistence expenses for foreign collaborators and guests at FFPW USB. 

The online application must be submitted no later than two weeks before the planned arrival. You are also required to inform both Lucie Kačerová and the head of the laboratory or your supervisor of the exact arrival date.

Foreign students may come to study at FFPW USB through various programmes, such as Erasmus+.

Study stays
Students interested in a study stay should contact the International Relations Officer, Bc. Lucie Kačerová.

Traineeships
Students interested in an internship must first contact the head of the laboratory they wish to join. After reaching a mutual agreement, they should then contact Bc. Lucie Kačerová who will provide further instructions.

Please complete the online application at least two weeks before your arrival, and inform both Lucie Kačerová and the head of the lab / your supervisor of your exact arrival date.
