From October 19 to October 23, 2026, an international business trip took place within the framework of the KreativEU project, during which Kateřina Kocourková and Eva Slabší visited the University of Trnava in Trnava. The main objective of the trip was the mutual sharing of experience and best practices in both the project and human resources areas.
During their stay, they attended meetings at the Development Department at the Rector's Office, where discussions focused on strategic planning of institutional projects, grant opportunities, and overall coordination of project activities at the university level. Subsequently, they visited the Project Department of the Faculty of Arts, where the meeting addressed the practical administration, preparation, and implementation of research and educational grants, including the specifics of project management at the faculty level. As part of the HR agenda, consultations were held focusing on personnel management in grant-funded projects, specifics of remuneration and time-tracking for project teams, recruitment of academic and non-academic staff, and comprehensive HR support for participating employees.
The business trip provided valuable insights into the processes and methodologies of project and HR management at the partner institution, and enabled the establishment of contacts for potential future collaboration on joint grant applications.
