The international business trip took place from 20 to 24 September 2026 and was attended by Jaromíra Vondrášková and Jana Langová. During the trip, we visited the Laboratori d'Enginyeria Marítima (LIM/UPC) in Barcelona. The purpose of the visit was to exchange experience in the financial and HR administration of Horizon Europe projects, with a particular focus on the practical calculation of personnel costs and related project management procedures.
The visit also provided an opportunity to learn about the working environment and practices of a foreign institution, establish personal contacts with colleagues, and share experience in the financial and HR management of research projects. The meeting was particularly useful for comparing the practices of both institutions and gaining practical insights that can be applied to project administration at FROV JU.
