Business trip report, Sweden, Zíková a Kocmichová

From 21 to 25 September 2026, Magdalena Zíková and Šárka Kocmichová participated in a staff visit to Södertörn University in Stockholm.

The programme of the week was primarily focused on gaining an understanding of the university's organization and operations. During the visit, presentations were given by the various units of the Finance Department, introducing staff members from individual workplaces, their roles, responsibilities, and the processes they use.

The programme also included discussions aimed at comparing the functioning of financial administration and economic processes at Södertörn University and at the Faculty of Fisheries and Protection of Waters, University of South Bohemia. Experiences were shared regarding the organization of financial processes, administration of financial operations, internal procedures, and support for academic and project-related activities.

The visit contributed to the acquisition of new knowledge and the establishment of new professional contacts.
