Business Trip to Vietnam: Collaboration on Shrimp Feed Evaluation

From 27 August to 7 September 2026, I undertook a business trip to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, focusing on collaboration with ShrimpVet, GEPRO, and Adans in the field of shrimp nutrition. The main purpose of the visit was to collaborate on a feeding trial aimed at evaluating the palatability and attractiveness of experimental diets for shrimp. The programme also included the installation of a camera system to monitor shrimp feeding behaviour. During the visit, discussions were held on current trends in shrimp nutrition and opportunities for further collaboration among the participating partners.
