Business trip report, Císař, France

Between October 14–16, 2025, I (Petr Císař) participated in the final meeting of the AQUAEXCEL3.0 project. This was the concluding meeting after 15 years of continuous collaboration within the AQUAEXCEL projects (AQUAEXCEL, AQUAEXCEL2020, AQUAEXCEL3.0), in which I have been involved. The faculty successfully fulfilled all of its defined objectives, and throughout the entire duration of the projects, we ranked among the most frequently visited infrastructures within the Trans-National Access (TNA) program.

The AQUAEXCEL brand is now well-established both in Europe and globally, and all participants agreed that, should a suitable call appear, the consortium should continue. From the most recent project alone, we obtained 5.5 million CZK for the realization of 14 TNA projects.
Within the project, our staff implemented 6 TNA projects at partner institutions, and 4 technicians participated in the Technician Exchange program.
