Business trip report, Hungary, Shazada

The internship lasted three months, from April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025, and was supervised by Professor Akos Horvath at the Institute of Aquaculture and Environmental Safety at the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Science in Gödöllő, Hungary. The internship aimed to gain experience in learning techniques for the cryopreservation of carp sperm and the histological analysis of fish gonads and other tissues, examining the structural and physiological changes in male and female gonads.

During my stay, I acquired a solid understanding of the basics of carp sperm kinetics, the process of freezing carp sperm, and the histology of gonads and other tissues of various fish species. My ability to explore research problems and communicate scientifically was greatly improved. Additionally, I established new relationships and partnerships with other scientists working in this field.
