On May 5 and 6, 2026, I participated in meetings between the international organization EUROFISH from Denmark and the ministries of agriculture in Prague and Bratislava. The purpose of the meetings was to introduce EUROFISH and discuss with the relevant departments responsible for the fisheries and aquaculture sectors at the ministries. EUROFISH’s leadership invited the Czech Republic and Slovakia to join the organization and explained the conditions for membership as well as its activities. As part of this visit, several representatives of the sector from the Czech Republic and Slovakia were invited free of charge to an upcoming international conference in Istanbul, which will take place in June 2026. I helped organize the entire event.
