Report from the business trip, Swiss, Policar

During Oct. 1^st-7^th 2023, I visited the Swiss fish company FTN Aqua Art, which is engaged in intensive culture of pikeperch and Eurasian perch in the RAS. During my stay, me and my colleagues optimized the artificial spawning of domesticated pikeperch broodstock and the entire process of artificial insemination of the obtained eggs. During the artificial stimulation of spawning fish, I learned a unique method of carefully closing the genital papilla of females, with the aim of eliminating spontaneous egg ovulation into the water. This method will enable us to induce the triploid pikeperch populations more efficient in the near future.
