Report from the business trip, Tartu, Estonia, Buřič

The representatives the Laboratory of freshwater ecosystems visited the 12^th international conference about invasive species Neobiota held in Tartu, Estonia from 12^th to 16^th of September. The conference was attended with more than 250 participants from more than 20 countries. We presented following contributions during the conference: M. Buřič - Hard to deal with: attempts for eradication of marbled crayfish from a small urban pond, D. Kaur – Stress conditions extend the maternal care and juvenile development in invasive crayfish Procambarus virginalis, P. Balzani - Economic costs of invasive species facilitated by canals and the Ponto-Caspianization of the European freshwater aquatic fauna, G. Kor - Nerve regeneration in crayfish, Kifayatullah - Morphological features of hemocytes during early stages of injury in crayfish.
