Under Erasmus+ programme between the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice and Chiang Mai University, Thailand, I delivered four teaching topics at the Department of Animal and Aquatic Sciences, Chiang Mai University, Thailand:

• aquafeed and feed formulation for different fish species; 
• feeding practices in global aquaculture; 
• outdoor aquaculture in the Czech Republic and worldwide and
• applications of machine learning in fish nutrition research.

These teaching activities engaged bachelor's, master's, and doctoral students, as well as other interested staff members. In addition, I participated in training on tilapia farming using a biofloc system and conducted laboratory analyses related to gene expression.
