The Director of the Czech National Infrastructure for Biological Data (ELIXIR CZ) prof. Jiří Vondrášek and the Director of the South Bohemian Research Centre for Aquaculture and Biodiversity of Hydrocenoses (CENAKVA) doc. Vladimír Žlábek signed a Memorandum of understanding between these two institutions on Thursday 23rd February 2023. The ELIXIR CZ will provide access to specific tools and services, computational and data resources as well as data management, data curation and on-demand data analysis that fall to the scope of expertise of ELIXIR CZ members. This will help the CENAKVA centre to increase its expertise in the field of data management and analysis and thereby increase the quality of services provided within the framework of open access to the infrastructure. The CENAKVA will provide valuable feedback on the ELIXIR CZ services and suggestions for their further development.
