Travel Report: Participation in the 1st General Assembly of DANUBIUS-ERIC Bucharest, 13–14 November 2025

Vladimír Žlábek and Jaromíra Vondrášková attended the inaugural General Assembly (GA) of DANUBIUS-ERIC in Bucharest as representatives of CENAKVA FROV JU and as part of Czech ministerial delegation. The meeting took place at the National Authority for Research (Autoritatea Națională pentru Cercetare).
Program Summary The first day focused on establishing the governance structure of DANUBIUS-ERIC, including elections, approval of key procedural documents, and initial nominations for the Scientific Advisory Committee. The second day focused on operational matters, including committee procedures, budget and funding model approval, access policy planning, quality assessment processes, KPIs, and preparations for the next General Assembly.
