I was involved in a number of scientific activities and experimental procedures during my postdoctoral position from September 16 to December 20, 2022, at the University of Torino, Italy.
I participated in two scientific platforms, including the Percis V. conference in Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic (September 18-23, 2022) and the Fish nutrition workshop at Wageningen University, Netherlands (October 17-20, 2022).
During my stay in Turin, I actively engaged in some activities at the Department of Agricultural, Forest and Food Sciences. Those were microbiota analysis with Prof. Ilario Ferrocino, Laboratory of Microbiology and Food Science; histology with Prof. Maria Teresa Capucchio, Laboratory of Pathology; and experimental procedures at Carmagnola.
