Business trip report, Poland, Grabic

The annual NORMAN Association meeting was held in Gdańsk, Poland, from December 1 to 3, 2025. The meeting was attended by Roman Grabic, who represented the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice as a voting member. The main objective of the meeting was to inform members about ongoing NORMAN activities and to approve the program of activities for the coming year.
 
Laboratory of Environmental Chemistry and Biochemistry contributed to three activities: sampling of the Danube River within the Joint Danube Survey 5 project, participation in an interlaboratory comparison study of targeted analysis using passive samplers, and preparation of a global interlaboratory study focused on non-target analysis of PFAS. In addition to presenting activities, the meeting also served as a platform for exchanging views and discussing the future direction of research activities in the field of chemical pollution and its regulation.
