Erasmus Hackathon Experience in Poland
I had the privilege of participating in an Erasmus hackathon in Poland from September 17 to 19, focused on AI for Cultural Heritage. Our team explored innovative ways to preserve and promote cultural heritage through artificial intelligence. I actively contributed to brainstorming and developing ideas that combined technology with cultural preservation, aiming to make heritage more accessible and engaging for future generations.
The hackathon emphasised the ethical use of AI, highlighting how responsible technology can serve as a pillar for safeguarding cultural identity. Collaborating with international students and developers was an enriching experience that broadened my perspective, enhanced my technical skills, and strengthened my teamwork and cultural awareness.
This event was a truly memorable and transformative part of my Erasmus journey.
