Report from the business trip, Turin, Tran

From 21 May 2022 to 28 July 2022, Hung Quang Tran participated in a two-month internship at the Laboratory of Microbiology and Food Science, Department of Agricultural, Forest and Food Sciences, University of Turin, Italy. During this mobility, I mainly focused on microbiota analysis of various samples, including fish gut digesta, chick gut digesta, water, and fish skin mucus. I also engaged in various trials sponsored by the Department of Agricultural, Forest, and Food Sciences, such as an experiment on feeding insects with different substrates and assessing biometrics of fish fed varied insect meal levels.
