Confirmation of study

Confirmation of Study will be issued to you by the Study Department anytime during their office hours, just ask for it. Or you can generate it yourself in IS STAG (a PDF version with a qalified electronic seal).

Don't forget to tell us whether you need a Confirmation of Study for the current academic year or a Confirmation of Study for a specific period of time. We can also issue a confirmation for the entire period of your studies, i.e. from enrollment to the current day.

In My Study / Course of Study, select the option Electronic Certificate of Student Status.

Next, choose the language version of the certificate and click the Create Document button.

A preview of the electronic certificate of study will be generated.

Check all the information carefully. If the document is correct, click I confirm that the document is correct.

The certificate will then be generated in the background. This process may take several minutes because the electronic seal and stamp are verified in external systems. You will be notified through the Notifications function in IS/STAG when the certificate is ready.

You can find the generated certificate in the My Study / Viewing Files menu.

You can download it again at any time from there.
