Throughout its existence, our laboratory has provided a professional and research environment for numerous students who now hold key positions in Czech and international research and educational institutions, including our own institute and faculty. Head of pond management, Dvůr Lnáře, spol. s.r.o.

"I help manage 11 employees, with whom I farm carp, grass carp, and predatory fish on 550 hectares of ponds for both the domestic and foreign markets."

"My job is to ensure the operation of the fish hatchery, including the artificial reproduction of species such as pike, carp, tench, ornamental fish, whitefish, and rheophilic species. This also includes the production and distribution of fish embryos. Outside the fish reproduction season, I serve as a fisheries technician in the technical, technological, administrative, and educational fields.

Owner of Ryby – Vlček and CaviFish s.r.o.. In 2011, he founded the fish‑production company Ryby - Vlček, focused on diverse fish production.

"Each year we rear around 90 tonnes of stocking and market fish. On our ponds we typically produce carp, we operate the most significant European burbot farm, and also the largest private sturgeon farm in the Czech Republic. The company CaviFish s.r.o. is dedicated specifically to the production and sale of caviar. To this day, I highly value the quality cooperation with colleagues from FFPW USB”
