The staff of the Processing unit and shop with fish and aquculture product sprepared a 20 minute detailed instructional video of carp filleting. You will see a detailed procedure and its practical implementation. Heard tricks and principles that will come in handy not only when filleting carp, but also when processing other fish species. The presented procedure is not the only right one, but it is verified by many tons of processed fish, and our goal is, first of all, to convey information that will lead You to a satisfactory result.
