The professional workshop on the topic: Possibilities for evaluating the quality of market freshwater fish meat in the Czech Republic was successfully held at the MEVPIS center in Vodňany from 23.8. to 24.8. 2022.
Almost 40 participants listened with interest to 8 contributions, of which two lectures were presented by faculty specialists. The lectures were followed by very stimulating discussions. On Wednesday morning participants visited the Genetic Fisheries Center and the Experimental Fish Culture Facility.
