New Professor at our Faculty

On June 1, 2026, the ninth professor in the field of Fisheries at our faculty received his appointment decree from the President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel. The appointee was our colleague, Prof. Ing. Martin Pšenička, Ph.D., currently the Vice Dean of the Faculty for International Relations, an expert in the bioengineering of fish germline stem cells, and the founder of the Laboratory of Germ Cells at the Research Institute of Fish Culture and Hydrobiology in Vodňany.
