Experts from FFPW USB Participated in the Waste Forum 2026 Symposium

On April 21, 2026, Assoc. Prof. Jan Mráz served as a member of the expert committee of the By‑products and Waste from the Food Industry section at the 20th edition of the Waste Forum 2026 Symposium, held in Hustopeče near Brno.

R. Gebauer presented Utilisation of By‑products from Fish Processing,

J. Mráz gave a lecture entitled Circular Valorisation of By‑products from Freshwater Fish Processing for Food Products, and

P. Franta presented Optimisation of the Vermicomposting Process of Aquaculture Sludge.
