The Use of In-Pond Raceway (IPR) Technology Could Reduce Pikeperch Farming Costs

New technology could reduce the cost of pikeperch farming. Researchers from FROV JU investigated the use of In-Pond Raceway (IPR) technology, which enables more efficient pikeperch farming directly in existing fishponds. The results of two studies demonstrate its potential in terms of production costs, fish survival rates and rearing conditions.
